Media Ridge handles your campaign data with enterprise-grade care: certified infrastructure providers, primary data storage in the EU (Ireland) with named sub-processors in the EU and the US, strong encryption, and a firm line on how AI is, and is not, used.
Hosting and data residency
Media Ridge is built on cloud infrastructure whose providers are independently certified to SOC 2 Type II. Media Ridge itself does not currently hold SOC 2 certification.Primary campaign data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Named sub-processors, including the AI providers that generate your insights, operate in both the EU and the US, under appropriate data-transfer safeguards. A full sub-processor list is available on request.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256. Nothing moves or sits in the clear.
Access control
Access to production systems is restricted on a least-privilege basis and authenticated. Only the people who need access have it, and only to what they need.
Your data is never used to train AI
We use AI to generate insight and reporting from your data. We never use your campaign data to train, customise or otherwise improve any AI model, ours or anyone else's, and our AI providers are contractually prohibited from doing so.Separately, where your agreement expressly permits it, we may compute anonymised, aggregated benchmarks that cannot be traced back to you or your campaigns. That is statistical benchmarking, not model training, and it never happens without your agreement.
Privacy and compliance
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available to customers on request. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information.
Ongoing assurance
We carry out regular security assessments and keep our dependencies and infrastructure patched and monitored.
