Media Ridge handles your campaign data with enterprise-grade care: certified infrastructure, UK data residency, strong encryption, and a firm line on how AI is, and is not, used.
Hosting and data residency
Media Ridge runs on cloud infrastructure that is independently certified to SOC 2 Type II, with data held in the United Kingdom (London).
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Nothing moves or sits in the clear.
Access control
Access to production systems is restricted on a least-privilege basis and authenticated. Only the people who need access have it, and only to what they need.
Your data is never used to train AI
We use AI to generate insight and reporting from your data. We never use your campaign data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
Privacy and compliance
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available to customers on request. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information.
Ongoing assurance
We carry out regular security assessments and keep our dependencies and infrastructure patched and monitored.
